  • Sabban Towers
    Sabban Towers is in the enviable position of being one of the first to build and handover on Porto Arabia, the main marina of The Pearl Qatar, which represents Qatar’s first international freehold real estate venture.

  • Sabban Village
    SPI will continue to identify opportunities to create and invest in long term, sustainable, safe, environmentally friendly communities.

  • Sharjah Commercial.
    This commercial project was one of our initial construction projects in an industrial area of Sharjah.  Since then our capabilities have grown with our ambition. This small project is significant and nostalgic one for SPI as it demonstrates how far we’ve come.
